Trypsin is a key raw material in adherent cell culture and is widely used in the research, development, and manufacturing of vaccines and viral vectors. In the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 Edition) General Principles for Biological Products, trypsin is classified as a medium-risk raw material. Therefore, residual trypsin monitoring is required at process stages involving trypsin digestion.
This kit is designed for the detection of residual trypsin, and can detect both native and recombinant porcine trypsin, with extremely high detection sensitivity and a wide linear range.
