Protein A‑based affinity chromatography is one of the most widely used purification methods for monoclonal antibody drugs. However, leached Protein A may contaminate antibody products if it is released and incorporated during the purification process.
This product is intended for the quantitative analysis of Protein A impurities in biopharmaceuticals. It can detect both native Protein A and recombinant Protein A ligands such as MabSelect SuRe™.
Compared with traditional methods, this kit enables the detection of Protein A dissociated from IgG without sample pretreatment, featuring simple operation and short assay time.

Applications
