Adenovirus is a non-enveloped linear double-stranded DNA virus with a wide distribution in nature. As a transgenic vector, adenoviral vectors have been widely used since retroviral vectors and are now extensively applied in gene transfection of animal cells, gene therapy, and other fields. In adenovirus-related experiments, adenovirus titer is crucial for maintaining consistency between samples and achieving correct expression levels; therefore, adenovirus titer must be determined.

Traditional end-point dilution assays require up to two weeks, resulting in a long turnaround time. This kit enables rapid adenovirus titer determination within 48 hours with relatively accurate results.
