Trypsin catalyzes the hydrolysis of a substrate to produce p-nitroaniline (p-NA), which exhibits a characteristic absorption peak at 405 nm. Trypsin activity can be determined by measuring changes in absorbance.

This kit is designed for the detection of trypsin activity in samples and offers higher detection sensitivity compared with traditional BAEE or TAME assays.
