Universal Nuclease can efficiently degrade all forms of nucleic acids and is widely used for nucleic acid removal in biological products such as recombinant proteins and viral vaccines. However, trace residues of the nuclease in these biological products may compromise the safety and efficacy of subsequent applications. Therefore, the residual level of nuclease is also one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of biological products.
This kit employs a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to quantify nuclease in samples. It features high detection sensitivity and a broad linear range, and can detect recombinant nuclease including Benzonase®.
For research and in-process quality control use only. Not for diagnostic use in humans or animals.
