TrypLS is a trypsin analog derived from microorganisms. It recognizes lysine and arginine residues and cleaves at the carboxyl terminus of such residues. It contains no animal-derived ingredients, effectively avoiding contamination risks from animal-origin viruses such as swine influenza virus and porcine parvovirus. It is naturally devoid of chymotrypsin activity, serving as an ideal substitute for porcine and bovine trypsin.

This kit is used to detect and evaluate residual TrypLS in samples, featuring high detection sensitivity and a wide linear range. It is mainly applied to TrypLS residue detection in biopharmaceutical process development, production procedures and bulk drug solutions.
