E. coli Cell-Free Protein Expression System from Yinjia Bio is based on Escherichia coli cell extract. By integrating key transcriptional and translational elements, it can efficiently drive the synthesis of target proteins under the control of the T7 RNA polymerase promoter in vitro.
This system enables the expression of various proteins with molecular weights up to 130 kDa, including partially hydrophobic proteins and difficult-to-express disulfide-bonded proteins. Yields of some proteins can reach as high as 1.0 mg/mL within 16 hours. Furthermore, the system features broad template compatibility, accommodating both plasmid DNA and linearized DNA.
The kit consists of four components:

(2) 2× Protein Synthesis Buffer
(3) Control Plasmid (His-tagged, MW = 45.2 kDa)
(4) Template Vector (Ampicillin-resistant empty vector, amplifiable and modifiable)
