IdeZ Protease
IdeZ protease from Yinjia Bio is recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli. This enzyme recognizes IgG antibodies from human, mouse, sheep, monkey, and rabbit, and specifically cleaves below the hinge region, digesting IgG into F(ab’)₂ and Fc fragments. Compared with IdeS protease, IdeZ protease is more efficient in cleaving IgG2a.
