Endoglycosidase H (Endo H) cleaves the chitobiose core of high‑mannose and certain hybrid oligosaccharides from N‑glycoproteins, removing N‑linked high‑mannose glycans from glycoproteins.
Endo H from Yinjia Bio is derived from Streptomyces plicatus and recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli. It is free of additional endo‑ and exoglycosidase activities and can be used for complete deglycosylation of antibodies and other glycoproteins.
