Recombinant O-Glycoprotease from Yinjia Bio is a highly specific glycoprotease that specifically recognizes serine or threonine residues of mucin-type O-linked glycans (with or without sialylation) and cleaves at their N-terminus. It can generate O-glycopeptides suitable for mass spectrometry analysis. The enzyme contains a 6×His-tag, allowing convenient removal after the reaction.

Applications

Advantages
