β-N-Acetylhexosaminidase from Yinjia Bio is recombinantly expressed in E. coli. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal β-D-N-acetylgalactosamine and glucosamine residues from oligosaccharides, and can be used to remove O-GlcNAc.
