α-N-Acetylgalactosaminidase from Yinjia Bio is recombinantly expressed in E. coli. It is a highly specific exoglycosidase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of non-reducing terminal D-N-acetylgalactosamine residues from oligosaccharides and Nα-linked glycans on glycoproteins. Enzymatic activity is enhanced in the presence of albumin.
