Fast PNGase F from Yinjia Bio is recombinantly expressed in E. coli. It selectively removes all N-linked glycans from protein Asn residues, except those containing α1-3 fucose linkages.It cleaves the glycosidic bond between Asn and the innermost GlcNAc residue, releasing N-linked glycans from glycoproteins and converting asparagine to aspartic acid. The enzyme is active against all major glycan types, including high-mannose, hybrid, and complex oligosaccharides.
This product is specially optimized and supplied with PNGase F digestion enhancer, enabling complete deglycosylation within 10 minutes.
