Recombinant SpeB
Recombinant SpeB from Yinjia Bio is recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli. This enzyme recognizes IgGs from human, mouse, rat, goat, and sheep, and specifically cleaves them above the hinge region (under reducing conditions) into Fab and Fc fragments. The major cleavage site on human IgG1 is KTHT/CPPCPAPE.
