Trypsin is a serine endopeptidase secreted by the pancreas. It cleaves peptide bonds at the carboxyl side of lysine or arginine residues in proteins.

This product is an upgraded version of recombinant porcine trypsin expressed in Pichia pastoris. Through site-directed genetic engineering, it achieves a breakthrough improvement in digestion efficiency. Manufactured in a GMP-compliant environment, it is free of animal-derived components and animal-origin viral contaminants (such as swine influenza virus, porcine parvovirus, etc.), and has no chymotrypsin activity.
