Recombinant β‑glucosidase from Yinjia Bio is expressed in a yeast system. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal non‑reducing β‑D‑glucosidic linkages, and converts cellobiose and cello‑oligosaccharides produced by endo‑ and exo‑glucanases into glucose.
