On May 31, 2024, Yinjia (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yinjia Bio") and Beijing BioGeometry Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BioGeometry") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Shanghai.
